Discovery interviews
Two to four hour-long sessions with the operators who actually do the work. We listen. We don't prescribe yet.
Systems Audit
A fixed-fee engagement. We embed briefly, find what's actually slowing you down, and hand you a plan. Build with us or with anyone else — the plan is yours.
What you walk away with
Process maps of your highest-leverage workflows — quote-to-cash, lead-to-close, order-to-deliver, or whichever lives at the centre of your business.
A leak ledger: where time, revenue and quality are being lost, with a number against each.
A prioritised action list — short-term fixes you can ship next week, plus medium-term builds with effort and impact estimates.
A fixed-fee proposal if you want us to build any of it. Audit fee credited against the engagement.
An optional executive readout, recorded, that anyone in your business can watch.
Zero lock-in. The plan is yours regardless of who executes it.
How it runs
01
Two to four hour-long sessions with the operators who actually do the work. We listen. We don't prescribe yet.
02
We trace the path of a customer, an order, an invoice or a job from start to finish — across every tool it touches. Everything goes on the wall.
03
Where time goes missing. Where revenue evaporates. Where errors compound. We name each leak and quantify it.
04
For each high-impact leak we propose the lightest possible fix — sometimes a process change, sometimes a tool, sometimes a build.
05
A prioritised action list with effort, impact and a build estimate. Yours to keep. Execute it with us, your in-house team, or a competing vendor.
Fee
Audit fees typically land in the low-to-mid four figures, scaling with operational complexity. We never quote on the website because the only honest number depends on the scope of your operation. After a short call we send a fixed quote — accept it or don't, no follow-up sequence.
If you hire us for the build that follows, the audit fee is credited in full.
